Product Description
The Endurex 500 Series provides energy savings while enhancing the life and the aesthetics of your building exterior.

The Endurex 515 is a standard 1" insulated glazing panel with corrugated plastic stabilizers on both sides of a 2lb EPS foam core. The Endurex 515 is more moisture resistant than the Endurex 525, but provides less impact resistance than the Endurex 505, 525, 535 or 555.

The Endurex 515 is available in a Kynar or Anodized finished aluminum. Endurex 515 panels are manufactured to meet the requirements of a standard 1" insulated glazing panel. Panel thickness is available from as thin as 7/8" to 4" thick.

Corrugated Stabilizer

Lightweight and moisture resistance are the primary benefits of the corrugated stabilizer. Not the ideal choice if impact resistance and rigidity are key factors.

A 1/2" or 5/8" gypsum stabilizer can be substituted for the corrugated stabilizer on the innerside of the panel, if desired.

Insulation Options
From economical standard 2lb EPS foam to fire retardant PolyIsoCyanurate Foam, the Endurex 515 panel can be configured to provide insulating values to an R-30.

Web colors are never a 100% accurate representation of the actual painted metal. Contact Nudo for aluminum color chips to insure you have the correct color for your project. Call Nudo for a quote on all Premium Colors. Not all colors and finishes are available on composite stabilizer. Call for Kynar colors available in embossed aluminum. Normal lead time for panels with standard Kynar or Anodized colors is 4 weeks. Custom colors also available. Normal lead time for custom colors is 6-8 weeks after color match approval. Nudo reserves the right to utilize PVDF manufacturers of their choice.
