Product Description

The Endurex 535 is a fire-resistant, sound-reducing panel that can be glazed into acoustical window or curtain wall systems. The panel is fabricated with sound resistant substrates and a fire-resistant insulating core. It is most often used when maximum fire-resistance is desired.

Endurex 535 panels are manufactured to meet the requirements of a standard 1" insulated glazing panel. Panels can be up to 4 1/2" in thickness with an STC rating up to 55. We presently have two STC rated panels tested in accordance with ASTM E-413: 3 1/4" thick with a tested STC rating of 42 and 4" thick with a tested STC rating of 45. Panels can be tested in other thicknesses and other panel make-ups to meet STC ratings up to 55.

Cement Board Stabilizer

A stabilizer chosen primarily for its fire-resistance. Cement Board also has very good moisture resistance, impact resistance and rigidity. Also the most expensive of all standard stabilizer options.

A 1/2" or 5/8" gypsum stabilizer can be substituted for the cement board stabilizer on the innerside of the panel, if desired.

Insulation Options

From economical standard 2lb EPS foam to fire retardant PolyIsoCyanurate Foam, the Endurex 535 panel can be configured to provide insulating values to an R-30.

Kynar® (PVDF) - Smooth or Embossed

This resin based paint system (also known as PVDF), protects aluminum and keeps painted metal looking vibrant and like new. It is available in dozens of standard colors. Custom colors also available.

Premium Colors

Anodized - Smooth

A full range of anodized colors are available.

Web colors are never a 100% accurate representation of the actual painted metal. Contact Nudo for aluminum color chips to insure you have the correct color for your project. Call Nudo for a quote on all Premium Colors. Not all colors and finishes are available on composite stabilizer. Call for Kynar colors available in embossed aluminum. Normal lead time for panels with standard Kynar or Anodized colors is 4 weeks. Custom colors also available. Normal lead time for custom colors is 6-8 weeks after color match approval. Nudo reserves the right to utilize PVDF manufacturers of their choice.
